Two types of live Storage solutions are available: Pallet Live storage and Carton Flow storage. This system is recommended for warehouse where both stock turnover control and space saving are critical.
High density system ideal to store pallets of the same type. This compact structure incorporates slightly inclined roller beds on which unit loads slide.
There are two types of pallet live storage systems:
Gravity Fed – Ideal storage for FIFO (first in first out) systems and in cases where stock turnover control is important. The rack has a loading area (highest) and an unloading area on the opposite end of the roller beds.
Push-Back – Ideal storage for LIFO (last in, last out) systems and in cases where the amount of SKUs prevails over the volume of each SKU (limited number of pallets deep). The rack has only on loading/uploading area.
